Clear prices, with everything shown before you book. Prices are per pet. You pay online when you book, and your booking is confirmed when payment lands.
At our home

Peak dates
Over Christmas week (24 December to 1 January), UK bank holidays and the school summer holidays, we add £20 per pet per night. The booking form includes it in your total before you send anything.
Cancelling
Cancel 7 or more days before your stay and you get everything back. Closer than that, we keep 50% of the first 7 nights you cancel. Over Christmas, New Year and the summer holidays, it's 14 days. Day care, walks and visits are free to cancel up to 48 hours before. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
What we ask for
- Up-to-date vaccinations, including kennel cough for dogs staying with other dogs
- Your pet's own pet insurance
- Your local vet's details and an emergency contact
